(3.01.1947) Seweryn Krajewski is a true star of the Polish musical scene. Composer, singer, guitarist. He composes for the best poets of Polish literary songs, i.e. Magda Czapińska, Jadwiga Has, Agnieszka Osiecka. With Osiecka they wrote together over eighty songs recorded on many albums and published in two volumes of „The Great Agnieszka Osiecka Songbook“.

He is called „the big romantic of the big beat era“. For many years vocalist of the massively popular band „Czerwone gitary“. A mulitalented artist: he composes lyrical as well as rock and roll or soul music.

His friendship and collaboration with Agnieszka Osiecka lasted over thirty years—until her death in 1997. Their atmospheric, cameral, almost intimate double album entitled „Strofki na gitarę“ (Verses for the Guitar) is considered a pearl of Polish popular music.

He wrote music to such standards as „Wariatka tańczy“, „Diabły w deszczu“, „Wsiąść do pociągu“, „Nie spoczniemy“, „Uciekaj moje serce“, „Kiedy mnie już nie będzie“ and hundrets more.
